Recently, I’ve noticed that many openings don’t exist to bring in new insights or perspectives to improve offerings—they’re just about delegating tasks.

There’s no drive to improve or evolve, with teams assuming that maintaining the status quo will keep them relevant.

This mindset is slowing down growth and limiting the influx of new participants.
