A bench outside a general store in a town time forgot
Yesterday, I was driving down a rural beach road when I passed this bench scene and thought of @cryptking1's channel. I had my camera on the seat beside me so I turned around, switched over to the other lane to get a better shot (not the smartest move), and took this pic. It wasn't until I edited it this morning that I saw the framed photo. I guess it's a memorial bench ... and I noticed later that there are several of them on this beach. β€οΈ
I must have known there would one day be a /benches channel, @cryptking1. I didn't realize I had so many photos of benches!
My son played many tennis tournaments in Rome, Georgia, and I'd go exploring the city during down time. This was taken by their historic clock tower.

This bench is by the lake at the retirement community where my 93-year-old mom lives. She's still very active and walks outside every day, weather permitting. I'm so glad she has a beautiful place to walk (and rest!).
I think I would turn this bench in the other direction (although it does have a view of a beautiful manor house, the way it is)
