Giving this a go on Monday 🏃

Looks like I've been taking the wrong approach with running, and with the Maffetone Method, it's meant to be easier.

Benefits include building more endurance and preventing injuries, illness and overtraining

Do you run often? Have your tried this method before?

Changing my morning routine to wake up very early at 6am. Lots more can be done and the house is quieter.

The key is going to bed earlier.

This and especially the answers from ppl is the reason you want a specialist with experience in community/gamification /UX-UI before making huge changes.

Any experienced community manager could’ve told them the new system is a lot of work - before the implementation that is.

target is 10k walk in the next wk or so (now at 7k)

I’ve just heard this and it blew my mind

Why it makes (some kinda) sense to me:
➡️Everything’s much faster today
➡️ Tasks tend to fill all the time we allocate to them
