hi there! i've noticed some weird behavior - i'll get a push notification for a buoy alert. i'll tap the notification and warpcast will open. when i open up buoy (app), and tap in to the buoy (alert) that i received the push notification for, the alert that i received the push notification for is not visible in the list.
Last night we ran into some trouble with hubs which impacted Buoy from midnight to 4:36am
- 20-30 min delayed alerting
- some casts may be missing from search
Things are stable now and we're running backfills to make sure our index is up to date.

Not urgent but a bug report.
There mort than 100 instances of "percs" in the last 24 hrs, but it only says 17 here.
I can scroll through 17 in the last couple of hours only.
Something seems off.
