It’s spring!! My favorite thing about the Via Carota cook book is (which I highly recommend), is that it’s parsed by seasons! I know it’s silly to post a recipe for salad, but it’s SO TASTY! https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1020223-via-carotas-insalata-verde?smid=ck-recipe-iOS-share
It was pretty popular in 2020, but on a night when I want to eat vegan/vegetarian, I come back to this one a lot. It’s so satisfying, and also great for lunch the next day.

This Fuchsia Dunlop recipe from her book Land of Fish and Rice, is easily the thing I make most in a pinch.
I want your recipes, your food pics, your restaurant recs and your favorite cook books. Degens gotta eat, too!
