As much as I love cable machines for some exercise, nothing beats using the feee weights ( dumbbells ) I feel like you have to really work on your technique and it’s great for compound movements 🏋🏽‍♀️

Took a rest day today , gf n I slept in a bit made breakfast with and did our shopping and meal prepping for the upcoming week, went and got a load of fire wood for our adventures , got all the lawns cuts , currently relaxing in the in the backyard about to fire up the bbq…. Arms day

Started off my session with 4 sets of 21’s at 50lbs , great way to warm up the arms…

I like to do two sets with hands close together to hit the long head and then follow up with two sets hands shoulder width apart to hit the short head…. 💪🏽💪🏽
The first pic is May of last year 2023 I was 150lbs the second pic is from about 3 days ago and I’m 185 lbs… training 6 days a week 1.5 hrs a day eating right and staying consistent is starting to pay off
