The hurricane πŸŒ€ has moved past me and we only got the outer bands so all good. But oooof it is going to be a rough one when it hits land. Cat4 is no joke.

Hurricane Irma back in 2017 was a category 4 that came on land about 6 miles from me. It was a rough recovery that took 2-3 years. The during is usually not the problem. It can be amazing to behold. It’s the after that is the hardest. πŸ™
Ugh β€” so not in the mood for this. I’ll know more tomorrow but got a bad feeling that this one may move in my direction. Should be fine for Wednesday @adrienne but Friday may be iffy. (Or it cuts to the west and all is well β€” too soon to tell)
Back to reality now after an epic bachelor party in Tampa. We did everything from Ybor City, to St Pete Beach, to certain activities that will not be named. All culminated in trying to check out and fly home during a big tropical storm

The type of trip that gives you stories to tell your grandkids

Thank you Florida
