Iced Sugar Free Golden Eagle w/Chai and a shot of espresso w/ SF banana syrup
I love making my own Chai tea it tastes so much better IMO than the stuff they sell in the store. I’m about to make a 32 oz of this tea later today. I didn’t realize how much I like chai tea.
I only used 4oz of Fair Life Vanilla Protein shake
2oz of Fairlife Milk
4oz of water and Chai tea bag
1 tbs Jordan’s Skinny Caramel Syrup
1 tbs Sugar Free DaVinci Banana syrup

It only has 14 grams of protein but I didn’t use all the protein shake because I’m making a protein strawberry frapp dupe from Starbucks later today. I will make sure to buy some vanilla protein shakes because this is so good and will be on my rotation.

Craving a sweet treat, I concocted an Iced Strawberry Horchata Chai Sugar Free, complemented by my homemade chai tea sweetened with allulose and finished with a rich white chocolate sauce made from Choc Zeros white chocolate chips.
Tonight’s recipe is Mexican Rice 😋 This is my version, everyone makes it a bit differently. This is super easy. I only used 1/2 cup of white rice because it’s just 3 people eating and one cup would be too much for us.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of white rice
1 tbls of oil
1 tsp of tomato bouillon chicken flavor
1/2 tsp of cumin
1 cup of water
Heat pan on medium add oil
Once oil is hot add rice, just brown the rice
Add a bit salt to while rice is browning
Mix water with bouillon and cumin, stir, then I used a slice of onion and some cilantro once it boils turn down heat and cover for about 15 minutes. Then you’re done.
