Reflections on writing a novel and everyday life in New England 🍁 πŸ“š ⛰️ All Galazio Kitchen episodes pinned in frame πŸ‹ My Paragraph: https://paragraph.xyz/@galazio

Chilly air that smells like leaves. Sun dappled roads. Gloomy mornings sitting on the porch listening to the trees while my coffee mug warms my hands. πŸ‚

Morning reflections β˜•οΈ

Do you feel more creative in the morning or at night?

Lately for me afternoons and evenings are for creative output. I feel most high-energy and use this time for the majority of my plot and dialogue writing.

Mornings are more quiet and reflective, a time for blue sky ideas and hobbies (like editing videos).
The end of September marks the beginning of my favorite seasons: fall and winter ☺️

Green leaves are turning bright yellow, the yard is misty and quiet in the morning, and I’m craving cozy hearty recipes.

Gloomy weather, apple tea, and video editing ☺️

Coffee and a walk in the woods β˜€οΈβ˜•οΈπŸŒ²
September πŸ‚

Early morning coffee and walks in the forest when the breeze is crisp and cool and the sunshine is warm on my face. The pine needles are shimmering silver and the air smells like fresh cut grass.
Late summer in New England 🌻

A little video diary of cozy August moments I want to remember

Sun dappled mornings, harvesting in my mother’s garden, basil flowers, mushrooms after rain, and the earthy smell of fresh tomatoes :)

What was your favorite memory of summer?
I’ve made it in life πŸ₯Ή

Sharing pieces of my life here (Galazio Kitchen, gardening, writing) has always been about finding friendship and community. Being rewarded for just casting what I love feels special πŸ’œ
Morning light in August 🌼

Late summer early morning. Blades of grass and strands of spiders’ webs sparkle with raindrops. Whistles of mourning dove wings carry through the air. The forest is dazzling sound and color.
To date one of my favorite Warpcast updates has been the addition of channels :)

When I onboarded (pre-channels) I enjoyed using Warpcast but I felt some uncertainty when casting about my garden, cooking, and journaling.

Now, with so many channels, it’s amazing to see how many topics people are discussing (art, fitness, travel, books, agriculture, and more). I feel so much more comfortable sharing about cooking and other non-technical topics πŸ’œ
This morning it rained while the sun was shining. There are so many beautiful little mushrooms in our garden now. πŸ„β€πŸŸ«

The gloomy coziness of August :)
Slowly returning to my normal routine after a 3-day migraine

Grateful for every little detail I can experience again today: reflections in my coffee, conversations with friends, writing πŸ“–

-Planning out the next Galazio Kitchen episode
This morning I experimented with turning my drawings into stickers for the first time :)

I love using stickers for journaling but I’ve never tried making them before. Feeling very excited to make more! πŸ‹
Details from the morning πŸ“–

-A homemade cookie for breakfast
-Feeling sleepy because I was up writing until 1am last night
-The sun is back and it’s cool enough to open my window :)
Details from the morning 🌦️

-August brought frequent summer thunder showers - lots of cozy writing ambiance (love it) and humidity (don’t love it)

-I finally started decorating this little reading corner. I hung my first framed piece of art and want to purchase a couple more frames now :)
July evening

Omg @christin thank you so much for watching! ☺️ I love this reaction video - especially how you broke down the compote recipe into its components! Also love how you noticed all the flowers - I tried to fill the kitchen with color to make the shots more interesting πŸ’œ Maybe someday we can cook IRL together!
