This was insanely good
Bottling day for my Belgian Dubbel
Bit of a mead update:

On the left we have a blackberry & lemon Myrtle mead that is coming along beautifully, on the right we have a spiced mead that takes inspiration from cola, absolutely looking forward to trying both… they smell insanely good
It’s an acquired taste
Got about 8kg of honey from a local beekeeper to make some mead, and for a bargain price!! MEAAAADDDDD
God damn. If you’re reading this, please make yourself a bochet. It’s caramel mead. Hooooly. Life changing
Just put the blueberry + cinnamon mead into aging, tastes pretty good so far and keen for the final result 🧙🧙
Blackberry, vanilla and LEMON ZEST mead I made a while back. Colour turned out pretty nice, pretty juicy but the lemon zest kind of ruined it ngl. Other than that I have to say this is one of my favourites so far 🧙🧙🧙any brewers out there?
