Yesterday night I made pizza 🍕

Unfortunately, working all day I almost never have time to make it because of the rising times, but for some time now I have adopted a method that allows me to make it rise in about 4h using very little yeast. And here is the result!

Ingredients? 500 g flour, 350 ml water, 10 g salt, 12 g oil, 3 g yeast and one tablespoon sugar. Margherita topping with mozzarella and tomato.
