Going to use my boosted state to see if I can find an answer to the question of: how do I dress in September in Missouri? I need outfits that are comfortable when it's 55°F in the morning and 90°F in the afternoon in the same day, for multiple days a week.

Unless they shut that section of Grand down, it would be awfully narrow. Would be great access to the streetcar & could even take the Amtrak in.
