It’s ain’t much but it’s honest work.

Maturing is going from 4 training days a week to 2ish and still making small progress.
i was quite surprised that in western lifting community there is no such "Unified Sports Classification" that Ukraine and other post-soviet countries have (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unified_Sports_Classification_of_Ukraine).

AFAIK, US only has "National Athlete" or something.
More levels > healthier competition
My fall off will be studied.

600 lbs soon.
We must force them to compete in a federated meet - then weigh the basket based on the DOTs score.
gonna be going on my first competition this week, bicep curls!
