really good keynote from DHH at Rails World, makes me want to check out some of the new features in Rails 8 and look into a few other things he was talking about like self-deployment on Linux

also I know he can be controversial but I think he’s a great public speaker and has a lot of good first principles regarding using existing tech

To my Ruby folks, I've noticed a *huge* difference in the quality of Ruby output from LLMs if you give it explicit instructions to solve problems "using Sandi Metz-inspired object-oriented design"
