Testing something.
I do not guarantee financial returns for grabbing my moxie tokens!

Today is Sports Day in Japan.
I haven't played any sports yet, but I did draft my fantasy basketball team at 7am (6PM ET).

Was last pick in the draft, but feeling good about my team.
Looking forward to the NBA season starting soon!
Found an artist that I like on @zora
Doesn't have a handle listed on their Zora page.

The search begins...
Hung out with some friends who are off social media last weekend.

Feels like being off the grid in a sense, but they also didn't seem any more or less happy than I am.

Just a casual observation.
Zerion is singlehandedly saving our accounting.
LFG!
Want to make a support group for being lost in the sauce with these new channel upgrades lol.
Just took five minutes and meditated.

Makes you think about all the things that you can do in little moments throughout the day outside of doomscrolling.
The /adhd channel is what Farcaster is all about :).
Criminally underrated.
People really hate today's dating apps.
Search dating apps on X and it is straight horror 😱😱😱
Japanese POS startup, Dinii just raised money from Bessemer.

Fairly atypical to see a Japanese SAAS company like this raising western capital.

What's interesting is that the narrative is all about Asia expansion.
Curious if this narrative appears in other markets.

Get more excited bout the new project we're working on by the day.

Still a little ways away until we get out of stealth but should be good times :) 🕺

Super excited about this, however, there's still this weird catch 22 with Farcaster of the network needing devs but devs needing end users to justify building on the network.

I don't see a mini app in isolation being the reason why a new user onboards and without users, it's tough for devs to commit to building on the network today.

This isn't just a Farcaster issue too; VR has historically run into this as well where the cost of building games isn't justified due to a lack of users.

What are the sticky communities that we see making Farcaster their home that are/aren't here today? I feel like everything else is downstream of this.
Back in Tokyo.
Family time is good to rerack/refresh.

Ready to hit the ground running again!

It's good to remember that Slack started as a game.
Keep building. Keep iterating.
