who's the coolest vegan you know of?

completely vegan, gluten free, no seed oils, no processed ingredients

easy & quick yummy dinner i tried is pan friend gnocchi with an array of veggies. you can season with whatever, i did herbs de provence, salt & yeast to add a little cheesy taste. roasted at 450 for 35 mins! don’t think i can eat gnocchi any another way now.

i'm gonna do round two of this saucey goodness 🤤

first time trying this recipe, turned out pretty good! I was v surprised by how much of a difference it made to boil the mushrooms! 🍄🤯
