What’s the first group of merchants in Williamsburg that should have POS systems that are tap-to-pay with USDC?

Has to be somewhere that currently passes on credit card processing fees to the consumer so people can see:

OPTION A: tap-to-pay +3%
OPTION B: tap-to-pay +0%
