I head home today but it's been wonderful being reunited with my works here in NYC. These two drawings (both still available) "The Game" is on view in my survey show at Museum of the Moving Image and "Door to the Sacred" is up in the backroom at bitforms gallery. Go see them, keep them company.

If there was one bookstore I’d take back to Rome with me it’s Printed Matter NYC! So many nice artist made books. Visual poetry. a wonderful place to browse.

Just Whitney Biennial’d… the only piece that resonated is by Isaac Julien. Very lovely multichannel video installation. Beautiful. Of course, it’s about (what is considered beauty?) (what is history?) museology and meaning so I would love something like that, no?

Just got to New York and I’ve already spent too much on books. I love #books. If there’s one thing I hoard, it’s books. Also saw @sashastiles work up on the huge LED screens at Gucci. A book of a different kind.
