One of my fav thing from early web3 culture has been the word SER

the way we chose a word, which was above age, gender and areas.

If you are in web3, you are a ser.
@chrisdotsol It’s not only crypto Chris, People around hate seeing you successful cause they feel how can someone with similar situations get successful while they do not.

It’s Human Nature, History taught us.

This is why we migrate, upgrade our friend circle.
What if you could just swipe to tip ?
Excited to play this game
If I ever get stuck on a design problem, I go to execution mode.

I am a self-taught designer so most stuff I learned was with practice and experiments.

So even today when I get stuck on a problem, I go back to replicating existing designs, No mind.

Simple copy and paste, most of time that removes my creative rut
My story of becoming a designer started with hate.

Ok, Let me start from the start.

I have dark skin,But the issue was not my skin but the way people made me feel about my skin.

In India, colorism is rampant. Darker-skinned people like me always got bullied because of our color.

Now at that time, Social media was a big part of my life, and uploading pictures were a daily thing.

I couldn’t upload my images as originals cause of my insecurities, I started learning Photoshop so I can start editing my pictures and whitening my skin color.

But one interesting thing happened while doing that, I liked using Photoshop and started creating Logos and that was the start of my journey as a Designer.

Now I have been in the design industry for the last 10 years and am comfortable in my skin and color.

and yes, To remember this and remind me How it all started I got a tattoo of #000000 which is the Hex code of Color Black
Here’s me

1. I found Farcaster when there was only 2000 members here through a friend who showed me the power of owning my audience.

He showed my how my 16K followers can be taken away in an instance.

2. Top 3 Design Career Highlights

1. Joined Polygon to lead their Marketing design
2. Gave a session to 100s of designers about my journey
3. Started my own studio, after being a self taught designer for a decade

3. Currently work on different client projects, One of the most active one is Wildcard by @defikaran.eth

4. Years ago saw Chris Do from Futur which inspired me to start sharing my design journey with people
Can a man get some culture here on Farcaster?
Some cool design work coming soon
