Gm to all those with an inner artists. Those artful souls that help all of us bear the tremendous weight we all carry by lightening the load a bit inside our hearts.

I thought I rugged myself when I transferred base to my eth coinbase address. I had clammy hands, dropping sensation in my stomach, feeling of total loss. I knew I worked too fast, didn’t check addresses. I read “do not transfer coins or tokens from other networks otherwise would be forever lost. I saw the $ 0.02 of eth in my wallet. I had accepted that I was not worthy of money and looked to the future.

Then it showed up in my coinbase account 🎉

Then I felt like I was in heaven, I felt like the time line had been rewinded

The premiere of my initial physical work on canvas painted at the first ever @rioartresidency 2024

This canvas was originally painted plein air of the houses on the hill directly visible from the pool deck. I like many artists fell into the natural beauty and set out to capture that within minutes of arriving to Villa Alexandrino.

I fell out of love with the idea and decided to gesso over this practice canvas to conserve materials and time. That night we went to a Jazz club for dinner. Inspiration struck. The stair case. The depth.

Someone from our group said this woman was going to appear in my painting
