People are quick to dismiss Polymarket odds but they're missing two things:

1. The shift is real according to Real Clear Politics swing state polls. Harris is on a downward trend since she adopted conservative talking points.

2. While forecast shows a Trump win within the margin of error, it's normal for expectation to be exaggerated in prediction markets. Similar in other betting sites.
Heard it here folks. If you want more parties and views represented in office, you're anti-democracy. Peace is war, slavery is freedom. Don't believe your eyes, believe what I say.

Meanwhile, here's a shorter but clearer and free read on Applebaum's and other liberal warhawks' selective outrage, supported with data:

A vote for Harris is a vote for Trump.

Sounds like a trolling attempt but let's evaluate:

Obama came to power with a lot of promises that he later broke, left behind as the president who:
- Deported the most immigrants
- Did the most drone-bombing
- Bailed out big banks

Resulting in the rise of the anti-establishment right, represented by Trump.

Trump's expectedly awful term brought back Dems who installed yet another establishment president.

Biden did an even worse job than Obama, now further solidifying the alt-right camp. He was losing at double digits against Trump. Dems were lucky about the early debate appearance, and Harris "looked like" a change again.

But mind-blowingly, Harris positioned herself close to Biden, or even further to his right. She wiped out her massive lead, now slightly trailing Trump in national polls.

Trump now is bad. Trump or his replacement in 2028 will be even worse if Dems continue appealing only to the elite and feed the anti-establishment narrative.
Shocking: Spending a whole month appeasing to unpopular neocon war criminals like Dick Cheney didn't work
Corbyn probably still dislikes crypto'w extreme financialization & speculation, but he's a true decentralization supporter.

This is the most interesting thing I've read on Twitter this entire month.

I didn't know this but apparently Fox surprisingly did a better job of covering the Palestinian genocide than liberal media. This is the analysis behind why.

A United Nations inquiry found that Israel implemented a concerted policy "to destroy Gaza’s healthcare system" during its attacks.

According to UN charter, this constitutes to the "crime against humanity of extermination".

By far the most preventable political flops of all time.

In September Harris was 50-45 ahead of Trump.

Now 47-50 behind.

8 point loss. Just because you don't want to stop genocides.
Harris is serving this election in silver platter to Donald Trump.

Donor money ≠ votes.
Poll data: The more distance from Biden, the higher chance to win.

(btw watch the video, it's even worse than the quote here)
More people interested in politics should learn about neurology & psychology.

A better (and even more productive, if that's your ultimate goal) society can be built but you gotta follow science.
At a time when oppression is mainstream and speaking up is forbidden, crimes are inevitable & the only places you can hear the truth.

In 1705, Mary Channing killed her husband, and voiced an unspeakable defense for its time: "He was beating me".

Crime is crime, it's bad. But when oppression can't be broken otherwise, crime is:

A) inevitable
B) where you can hear the truth, if you listen
I don't hold this opinion strongly, but I have a feeling that the new channels structure kills the few areas Warpcast did better than other social media.

- Kills discovery
- Kills community building

Warpcast's home feed algo isn't that good, and to be honest no social media can build the perfect algo. Make it easy for the user to choose
US media is trying really hard to turn elections into spectacles, but these candidates are so inauthentic that even after this much polarization, the election coverage is simply... boring.

Honestly even Romney-Obama election was more entertaining.
This is such a sick mindset. This a former PM, probably even calmer than Netanyahu, seeing Israel's continuous escalation's natural results as "finally an opportunity to destroy Iran".

Israel's entire political and education systems need to be overhauled. This country went off the rails.
Congratulations to Netanyahu for getting the regional war he wanted. He's been trying for months through assassinations, invasions, genocides. Everyone except Israel showed restraint. I guess all lines have been crossed and we reached this point.

I said this would happen and "nothing ever happens" people said it wouldn't.

Next: Israel will escalate even further towards Iran. It will get the US involved too. Russia & China's Iran relations will be tested. Whether Russia and China show restraint is a big question.
Now spreading the attacks into Syria.

Western elite was never happy that colonialism ended. Now the work is outsourced to a single colonial state.
Surprisingly Europeans might be even more anti-immigrant in some aspects.

Due to the American & colonial wars in the Middle East and now the Russian war in Ukraine, more immigrants have come to Europe in a short period. Amazing contribution to the diversity of culture & ideas. But inevitably property prices have gone up & low-paying jobs have been redistributed.

As an immigrant myself, I'm biased but I think immigration is a net positive for society. But also, more blame sits with those who wage wars in the countries the immigrants have to leave, than host countries' unwealthy residents who fell for far-right propaganda.
Palestinian journalist Bisan Owda just won an Emmy News Award for her “It’s Bisan From Gaza and I’m Still Alive”, in which she highlighted her family's harrowing escape from Israeli bombardment in Gaza.

AJ+ delegates accepted the award in her honor.
