This week on Base, my team and I are excited to be building Hifadhi on the Base blockchain for the @base buildathon.
Hifadhi is a self-custody savings app that bridges the gap between traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi). By leveraging compliant stablecoins and the Base blockchain, we provide retail users with seamless access to blue-chip DeFi savings products. Our goal is to offer a simplified, gamified crypto savings experience that allows users to earn high yields while maintaining full control over their assets—without the complexities of Web3.
