Shot during the annular eclipse of october 2nd in the Cueva de las Manos archeological site, I had this one in my mind ever since I started planning this eclipse trip months ago.
Careful planning, scouting, testing and setting up was required in order to build this image in camera, combining 18 timed shots for the eclipse sequence and an additional exposure for the landscape.
Absolutely stoked with the result!

Initial tests for the eclipse looking good! Big day tomorrow! Had to tape some sh*t down to repair a cable in my mount. Never leave home without trusty tape.

Gm gm, got an annular eclipse coming up down here in Patagonia in about 10 days! Looking forward to a 2 day drive to try and photograph that mfer.
