current status:

• Intertwingler (https://intertwingler.net ) is running off its command line program
• it's dynamically loading its configuration out of the graph
• it's loading handlers and dispatching to them

all that's left now is…everything else, lol

my albatross of a project intertwingler.net is very *very* close to viable. like on the order of hours (on the meter, not the wall clock—a distinction that has to be made because the last 6 weeks have been a cavalcade of disruptions).
