My least favorite part of the ETFs is the lack of transparency. When are the sells actually happening? What about the buys? Have we not seen the effects of the 100m+ net positive inflows? Is this market overreaction? Leverage flush?

Wen ETF? hard to be bullish with price action being so depressed. Hard to be bearish with future looking so bright.
Crypto is a lot like religious media (think Christian music or made-for-tv movies).
Both have what I would describe as captive audiences. Because of this the bar for each is set β generously β at βmediocreβ.
βItβs good enough, itβs the best in _our_ spaceβ
βItβs like ___, but for crypto peopleβ
βIf your kid likes ____ then try ____. itβs crypto!β
Because crypto people want crypto apps thereβs this prevailing attitude that good enough is good enough. And crypto people put up with it because weβre desperate for somethingβ¦ anything!
We need to raise the bar. Just like religious media β which purportedly should be inspired by a higher power β should be the absolutely most inspired sense of creative expression, crypto apps need to be built to not just be βgood enoughβ but to put their off-chain relatives to shame in terms of overall design and UX.
Everything short of that is a cash grab and overall disservice to those of us looking for a better alternative.
