Had a lesson today and finally learned how to add more compression by doing a "whip" motion at the top of my swing to accentuate feeling and avoid casting. Still need some range time to smooth this out but v happy with first day results

Does anyone know of a good thanks integration for Slack? What I really want is the #thanks solution we use at Meta, but in Slack form. Eg easily type a #keyword in a channel and then log it somewhere for the person to see them
