I find it frustrating at my internship where I go to see middle school kids because I seldom feel needed there. These clients don’t know why they come to therapy, and I’m not a part of the school community that teachers are making time for me to see the children. I’m the lowest in the hierarchy.
Therapists can write off their own therapies, trainings, conferences expenses from tax. Wow that’s good to know!
