These days, I’ve been reading a lot about ADHD, and it makes me sad that I didn’t know where my struggles were coming from. I always thought maybe the problem was me or that I couldn’t keep up like everyone else. Now that I understand, I feel stuck between relief and sadness—relief that I finally have an answer and sadness about being in the dark for so long.

Today, I decided to clean my room. I thought it would take just 30 minutes, but as soon as I started, I saw a book I hadn’t read in a long time. I thought, “Let me just check it out for a few minutes.” But before I knew it, I was lost in the story, and 30 minutes turned into two hours! After closing the book, I remembered I had to send an email, so I quickly went to my laptop. While writing the email, a message from my friend popped up, inviting me to hang out. And just like that, I totally forgot about cleaning my room. This is how I always get distracted and end up with new adventures!

they have two cats🐈🐈. One is white and named Loke🐈, which means "cotton" in Kurdish, and the other is black and named Reshe, which means "black🐈⬛️."
They're both so quirky and adorable that I just want to squeeze them! 🤗🤗🤗

Here's what I brought for you today. I was coming back from class, and as I passed by this park, you won’t believe it, but it’s actually famous as the "Cat Park." People gave it that name. Anyone who can’t take care of their cat brings it to this park and lets it go. Lots of people come here and bring food for them. Today, a couple came by and brought lots of food for the cats. Look how they’ve all gathered! And this is just a small part of the huge crowd. Too bad the couple didn’t let me take a picture of them.
Today, as I walked back from class, the cold air wrapped around me, making me feel a bit lost . I noticed a little kitten wandering aimlessly, just like I was. I tried to call it over, making soft sounds, hoping it would come closer, but it didn’t work. I couldn’t help but wish that this tiny creature could wear warm clothes, just like us, to feel safe and snug in the chilly weather. In that moment, it felt like we were both searching for warmth and comfort in a world that felt a little too cold.
I have ADHD, which means it's harder for me to focus and sometimes I take longer to finish simple tasks. My mind constantly jumps between different thoughts and ideas, and I get easily distracted while doing something. Sometimes I feel restless and find it hard to sit still. These challenges can affect my work, studies, and even social relationships. But with awareness and the right management, I’m trying to handle it better and find ways to cope with it.
It’s the last night of filming, and what strange days we’ve had. We’ve learned so much, but we’re still so worn out that the exhaustion hasn’t left us yet. Look at this cat. I’d swear it’s part of the camera crew🐈😹😻
