ZK ranks third in the number of active wallets after BASE and Arbitrum.

For Vitalik and the Ethereum Foundation, Arbitrum is currently the only L2 he's willing to promote, as it meets all the important security and compatibility criteria. BASE is still far from this, if it ever reaches such a level at all. However, ZK will soon be on par with Arbitrum.
