Hey team, this week my team and I built on Base:
We completed our first round of Gangs and Metacadia!
Gangs of Metacadia is a strategy-based PvP game with a juicy jackpot.
We’ve got:
AI-based mini-games (daily quests)
Live chat
In-store weaponry (NFT items)
Results so far:
Over 40 players
5K+ in transactions on Gangs
The whole game was built using the Base Smart Wallet suite:
Smart wallet
Batched transactions
Sponsored gas
Next up: SESSION KEYS!!!
Cant wait for the second season!

So sad I’m missing this with such a based team!!!
Building in Web3 is tough because we have to spend so much time defending against people who scam, cheat, and game the system. Instead of focusing on creating tools to support and empower real users, we’re stuck putting up walls to keep bad actors out. It feels like we’re building barriers instead of bridges.
