It's insane how much better my mental health is when I step away from social media.

Gm!

Been off-grid for the last five days and just popping out to cell coverage to touch base with clients arriving today and tomorrow.

Camp is 🤌🏻 and I’m about to disappear into the forest again for another 8 days.

How many days could you live like this?
Every evening the leaf shadows dance in the sunlight hitting the wall of our living room.

It’s the little things. The subtle things.

“There are the things that are out in the open, and there are the things that are hidden. The real world has more to do with what is hidden.”
– Saul Leiter
I went for a walk in the woods and came out taller than the trees.

12 days off-grid here starting next Friday.

And I’m getting paid for it.

How the HELL do they let me get away with this? It’s nuts.
I’ve been known to photograph dunes from time to time.
Y’all…. I’m sick of social media.

I just want to slip into oblivion and live undistracted, my attention only being demanded by creative curiosity.

Uninhibited by social responsibility, minimizing the need for financial responsibility, the only expectation that I live a meaningful life.

Set me free.
Can someone give me a hand, please?

It’s always a gm after spending a few nights off grid with a view like this.
