Sadly I broke my streak.

tbh what I've been posting hasn't been reflective of my actual calorie intake. If anything I've gone over. Still, this has been a very helpful exercise and helped me collect data on my eating habits.

Gonna do some analysis to evaluate my eating patterns and make a plan.

I've found that I'm often not very hungry in the mornings. Typically I would have a bowl of corn flakes with milk but recently found that a simple protein bar is enough to keep me satisfied till lunch.

Not only does it leave more calories for lunch and snacks, but it also helps me cut down on expenses that would usually go towards milk and cereal.
