A view of the Sun with the Earth for scale...
Fiery prominences composed of huge arcs of plasma dance along the solar limb, while a long, furry filament slithers its way across the 'surface'. The Sun is dynamic and alive, revealing new secrets each time we look at it. 🧵

Andromeda Over Tash Rabat
Story:

A spectacular cosmic display is taking place in the high-altitude seclusion of Tash Rabat, Kyrgyzstan, where the air thins and the ancient caravanserai whispers tales of Silk Road trips. The Andromeda Galaxy appears above the untamed outline of snow-covered mountains, a far-off island of light amid the soft vastness of the cosmos.

Which kind of solar image do you prefer?

1. 'Normal' - sunspots appear black and the image is closer to how it is seen through the eyepiece.

2. Inverted - sunspots appear white and the image has a more 3 dimensional feel.
