I’m absolutely obsessed with Fossa Chocolate! 🍫 Based in Singapore, they make the most incredible small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolates with unique and carefully crafted flavors. They source their cacao directly from farms and handle everything in-house, which shows in the quality and attention to detail.
Two of my favorites (though basically everything here is my favorite):
- Drifting Snowflakes Jasmine Green: Smooth chocolate infused with fragrant jasmine green tea. The floral notes are delicate and so well balanced!
- Honey Orchid Dancing Hongcha: Rich and elegant, with black tea notes that give it a subtle sweetness—definitely a standout.
If you're into high-quality, experimental chocolate like I am, you *need* to check out Fossa! 💜

Somebody give me a Snickers bar, I’m getting cranky
Found a box of Lindor chocolates leftover from Christmas. I’m eating all the hazelnut ones. You just gotta hide boxes in random places and find them later.
austin's srsly chocolate sea salt + almond 70% has just enough nut for crunch and just enough salt to keep you coming back, but you can still clearly taste the cocoa
8/10. would get again
