besides the installable action, you can also invoke the quote frame by dropping:

in a reply

but it's not as good as installing the action, using share, and copy-n-pasting that link

quote.flick.ing is a "make it a quote" frame and frame action

drop the link into a reply to generate a frame, that when activated will render the op quote

or, install the action from the frame to activate "Make it a quote" on any cast. in the frame that appears, either copy/download the image or click share to get a URL from the webpage you are sent to. post that into the reply to generate the quote image

now that composer actions are a thing, would like to refit this frame into the composer action modal to make this flow easier
