There's something very powerful about being in the right place at the right time with the right mindset
Life is just all about games and stories
If it scares you just a little bit then that’s usually a good sign to lean in
If you can’t find 10 min in your day to go for a walk or meditate then you actually need at least 20 min

Perspective is a crazy thing
When you’re 10 years old, 1 year feels like a long time bc it’s a tenth of your life
When you’re 30 years old, 1 year feels much shorter bc it’s 1/30th of your life
As you get older, a year is a smaller and smaller slice of life.
So we actually perceive time going by faster bc our time measurements stay static while our perspective is dynamic
We don’t talk enough about time and space, especially in how we as humans perceive it
