I can't seem to sleep very well this week so I guess I'm up for now....

in Japan, it's socially acceptable and even seen as a sign of dedication to fall asleep in public places, such as on the train or in the office.

known as inemuri (居眠り), this practice translates to "sleeping while being present." it reflects that the person is tired from working hard, and in some contexts, it is even seen as a sign of diligence and commitment.

Why would one get an Eight Sleep when Sleep Number is available and has more features natively within the mattress and costs around the same?

In the market for a new mattress so wanted to understand further.
Oh lord I finally was able to sleep a good 8-9 hours wow, feeling much better now
I gotta be up in like 3.5 hours tho. God dammit
didn't know that Eight Sleep wants to build a full bed to control light, noise, air, oxygen and temperature.
