Weigh day - July 8th, 2024

It's been a full week since restarting my 100 day challenge, time to see where I stand on the scale....

Current Weight is 232.3 lbs. I have gone down about 2lbs for the week.

This is a good start seeing how 2 lbs a week is a healthy amount of weight loss. Let's see if I can do it again this week.

Currently working on my Python Coding course and some Japanese

Will be heading to the track/gym later evening when this heat starts to cool down.

*Want to find a body scanner nearby to check my percentages of fat/muscle.
Ending up staying home majority of the day

Barely finished my run a hour ago, currently at the gym for back and biceps workout

Tomorrow is weigh day to check on progress
Day 6 - 100 Day Challenge - 7/6/2024

Ran 2 miles - Felt great

Gym - Chest and Triceps

Japanese - practicing kanji with Yamaguchi, Tanaka, Nakayama

Need to practice more hirigana and katakana

Here is my calorie intake for the day might add some more protein. Was planning on fasting today but had eaten a little bit of food instead
Finished my 2 mile run and gym session

Now it’s time for a late breakfast

Gym consisted of Chest and Tris:

5x10 Bench Press
3x12 Dumbbell press
4x12 incline press
4x12 Dumbbell flies
5x10 Triceps curls

Pushed myself till there was too much pain

Tomorrow is Biceps and Back 🤙🏾

Workout - Back and Biceps
3x12 for the following workouts
- Dumbbell Bicep Curls
- Lat Pull downs
- Low Rows
- Cable Bicep Curls
- Reverse Dumbbell Curls

- jogged on the track

Python Coding
- No lessons completed today
- Was walking around the city with the family checking out China Town

Japanese
- practiced writing Hirigana and katakana characters
- completed a few lessons on Duolingo
