E-cigarette, vaping & smoking cessation.

It's now been over 2 years and 3 months that arfy's quit smoking ciggies. Haven't had a single one since I quit cold turkey, and haven't really wanted one tbh.

But I do think I've replaced one habit with another, as I'm constantly intaking nicotine via my e-cigarette throughout the day. At least my house no longer stinks of smoke, and there's no combustion involved.

Anyone else in this situation?
They've arrived! *pops open a nic shot and chugs it down* 🤢

I joke, I joke. Will fill 'em up later and steep for a bit before trying. Always fucking hate topping up the longfills with the nic shots.

Probs gonna try the fire cured Kentucky first. Been a while since I've had fire cured NETs.
Just picked up a few bottles of e-liquid for the upcoming months. 15% off from one of my favourite NET brands, so that's nice. 😺👌

I've tried all of them before except for the Cavendish and fire cured Kentucky tobacco from Drake's; I've had the Black Note versions of these two and enjoyed them.
Welp, one of my regular shops has sent me a voucher for 15% off. I'm at the point where I need to order more juice, so it works out well.

Going to start looking for NET liquids this weekend. If you don't know what NETs are, and don't like candy/fruity flavours, read below!

Aight, straight into it, vapers:

What's your favourite e-liquid? PG/VG ratio? Nicotine levels?

I'm an NET (naturally extracted tobacco) fan, normally I don't do "flavours" as such. NET are cured tabac leaves, steeped in PG/VG with no flavour additives. I'm generally 50/50 @ 12mg/ml.

Share your poison!
Share your setup/kits, frenpais!

I'm a pretty boring guy, I have an MTL refillable pod device, the Wenax Geekvape M1. I've bought a few M1s over the years, rather than the heftier rebuildables/box mods, because I cba to coil/wick/etc.

I only use NET e-liquid: naturally extracted tobacco.

And you folks?
Storytime with arfs:

I smoked for something like 25y. The day I found out my wife was pregnant, I quit. It's been close to 2y now. Haven't had a smoke since.

I was super-skeptical of e-cigs (and hated them), but nevertheless I got one. Took a few months to get used to, but it has helped immensely.

I was surprised to see no such channel existed on farcaster, and I think a support network for anyone trying to quit, or people with questions, or just a channel for vapers in general, should definitely be a thing here.

So here we are. Enjoy responsibly! 😺🚭
Hey folks! This channel is for discussion related to e-cigarettes, vaping and smoking cessation. 🚭☝️😼
