Who else is guilty of taking being healthy for granted? I can never understand why we take this for granted.
I went to the hospital today to visit a friend and I left that place feeling empty and sad.
I looked at some of the patients and I said to myself “This could be you” then I looked at the medical personnel who stay up day and night to save those who are sick and I said to myself “We don’t appreciate these guys enough”
So today, I just want to take a moment to appreciate those caregivers. Yes, I know they are being paid for their time, but let’s also not forget the risk that comes with the job and the ability to show care to someone who is helpless.
To all the caregivers out there, thank you for all you do! I appreciate everyone of you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

Sometimes, I wonder why people think they need validation from others. Okay, I get the fact that we are all humans and it’s not bad to know what others think of you, but hey, there should be a limit how much you value other people’s opinions concerning yourself.
The truth is, people will always talk even when they know nothing about the situation. And I think it’s easier for others to judge and come to a certain conclusion without considering your feelings and emotions.
Don’t get me wrong though, I’m not saying honest criticism should be ignored or taken for granted after all, we all need that genuine advice from those who genuinely cares about us. However, I feel we should be able to differentiate between an opinion that came from the place of love and care and someone who’s silently looking for ways to bring you down. In other words, always look out for yourself too cos at the end of the day, it’s all about interest.

I want to be able to touch and impact on lives especially those around me. Help as many people I can with the little that I have. I want to live a life of peace, love and happiness.
I don’t want to be famous or known! I aim to stay on my lane and have my peace. ✌️

Personally, I find that statement to be false with all due respect to anyone that might disagree with me.
I think the phrase should be “Life is good when you’re happy” Let’s not get it twisted, money is not happiness. And money isn’t life itself.

Okay, I have this friend that I have been trying to avoid her calls for a while cos each time she calls me, she’s always looking for one gossip or asking some irrelevant questions.
Today, she finally called with an unknown number and when I picked up the call, it was her. 😀😀
And that was how the gossip started. She asked 1001 irrelevant questions as expected. Deep down, I was furious but I had to keep my cool and played along with it.
