The Mage Factory - Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Cheesecake Stout.

13.4% ABV

Boozy opening with nice notes of maple syrup and cheesecake. Full bodied.

Had a good time at Trace Brewing in Pittsburgh. They have a coffee shop inside so they technically open at 8am and you can also get drafts at that time 🤣

Went up to Pittsburgh for Barrel & Flow and of course hit some of the best breweries in the city.

First stop was Hop Farm Brewing in Lawrenceville. That entire menu was 🔥🔥🔥 the Vietnamese Fresh Pot was my favorite. A coffee porter with a kick of spice

Perfect smoothie sour. Sweet apples and cinnamon makes this a banger

Illusory Correlation by Cushwa Brewing and a 60 Min IPA by Dogfish Head when me and the wife went for dinner

M.O.S.A.I.C by Sapwood Cellars. 4-5 different hop products which makes it very complex. Dank, tropical and a nice blueberry note.

Brotwasser (sp?) which is a dunkel lager by Sapwood as well. Roasty, smooth with a nice chocolate flavor.

Nitro Blackwing and slow poured and lagered in oak Zephyr by Union Craft Brewing

The nitro Blackwing was like a cold brew coffee and delicious. The Zephyr was a treat and the oak keeps it from being super high ABV
