At Consensus, I talked to some of the people at the CFTC and I asked if they were planning to hire some people who were crypto/software experts in anticipation of the FIT21 bill passing. And they were like “Nooooo we can do the same market analysis we’ve been doing.” 🤦‍♂️

Yesterday, ENS petitioned to challenge the validity of UD’s patent. As I mentioned in a Blockworks article from earlier this year on the issue, ENS appears to be asserting that the invention in the UD patent was not new since ENS created this earlier.

It’s amazing that Satoshi envisioned changing the decimal place for bitcoin 15 years ago. I still think that psychologically more retail investors would like being able to purchase multiple mBTC than having to buy a small fraction of a bitcoin.
