At Consensus, I talked to some of the people at the CFTC and I asked if they were planning to hire some people who were crypto/software experts in anticipation of the FIT21 bill passing. And they were like “Nooooo we can do the same market analysis we’ve been doing.” 🤦♂️

Yesterday, ENS petitioned to challenge the validity of UD’s patent. As I mentioned in a Blockworks article from earlier this year on the issue, ENS appears to be asserting that the invention in the UD patent was not new since ENS created this earlier.
