Matcha Lattes Changed My Life
Im gonna be honest here. I used to think Matcha tasted like shit.
I thought it tasted like fresh scooped dirt and dead weeds blended up. But something called me to order one recently. It changed my life.
Ok I'm bullshitting a little bit.
They’re ok. But I was at a cafe last weekend slurped down a Matcha Late (with almond milk, I'm trying to watch my calories) and I blasted a bunch of articles in a few hours.
Matcha is rich in Antioxidants (God knows I need them) and contains L-Theanin, an amino acid known for mental clarity, focus and “calm alertness.”
Was it just a good day for the Matcha that got me back into writing?
Honestly no idea, but I don't really care. Whatever it was allowed me to verbal vomit my words back on paper to share with you.
