Unless something drastically changes, USDT on Tron is not coming to Arbitrum or any of the retail friendly DeFi ecosystems anytime soon.

Bearish case for Base is no airdrop because of Coinbase’s regulatory stance and USDT inflows is to Arbitrum not Base.

Bullish case is it’s an on-boarding juggernaut that if done well could be the centre of consumer crypto.
