The Brazil-Uganda Mission was just the beginning of something much bigger. This first phase helped establish a real connection between the Brazilian and Ugandan skateboarding communities, showing that skateboarding is more than just a sport – it is a bridge that unites cultures and drives social transformation. Bringing in donations was important, but the real impact came from interactions with local youth. It was incredible to see how skateboarding is changing lives there, and this exchange of experiences strengthened our mission even further. This connection continues! This was just the first phase of a larger project that will certainly generate new initiatives and strengthen this partnership between communities. We're just getting started and there's so much more to come! I want to thank the companies that believed in this project and supported us along the way, and a special thanks to @gnars for making all of this possible. Without your support, this mission would not have become a reality!

Our first contact with the KSI community was both impactful and welcoming. From the start, we saw how skateboarding could act as a bridge for cultural and social exchange. The community’s passion for the sport and their desire for change reinforced our commitment to support them with resources and knowledge, strengthening the connection between us. ⌐◨-◨

The Skate Transforma Vidas project, in partnership with Gnars, Brazilian companies, and the web3 community, is making a meaningful impact in Ugandan communities through skateboarding. By engaging directly with local realities, we are promoting inclusion, education, and hope. The synergy between skateboarding and web3 enhances social transformation, connecting digital innovation with real-world impact. Skateboarding remains a powerful tool for change, creating opportunities for youth and children. Together, we are building a better and more connected future.
