I've had a few new proposers recently ask how to get community engagement and where to talk to people in public about their candidates etc.

My answer used to be here, but with new warpcast channel strucutre this has become inaccessible to many.

I know the nouncil discord has a lot of prop talk but it's not public nor where many voters go to see or engage in discussion.

Anyone have thoughts on what we should be encouraging builders to do?
