I'm thankful to all the crypto lawyers out there defending us against government lawfare. The deck is stacked against us, yet you have already succeeded beyond our wildest dreams. 🫡♥️
We look forward to compensation for this injustice: "the Court concludes that the SEC exceeded its statutory authority by enacting such a broad definition of dealer untethered from the text, history, and structure of the Exchange Act."

Addendum: snark-friendly proof of correct erasure-encoding is even cheaper than originally claimed, thanks to barycentric challenge test. See forum post comment https://espresso.discourse.group/t/faster-vid-on-espresso-s-critical-path/39/3?u=gus
New article! Erasure-code with merkle commits instead of KZG commits!! Wow much fast critical path!!! Proof of correct encoding might be cheaper than you think!!!!

Very many read on @espressosys discourse: https://espresso.discourse.group/t/faster-vid-on-espresso-s-critical-path/39
Surprising. I thought conventional wisdom is that your co-founder must be someone with whom you already have a long-standing relationship. Seems crazy to expect to find a good co-founder from an internet job post. This story is a ray of hope for those of us who don't already have a co-founder-level connection.

New explainer article on 2 tools for blockchain scalability: data availability sampling (DAS), and verifiable information dispersal (VID).

🔥 hot takes:
- underrated: VID
- overrated: DAS post-finalization

Find it on @espressosys new research forum:

"If you get the role in the Cabinet you get to sell out of your holdings tax-free"

Someone please make this make sense.
US stock markets closed today in compliance with orders to celebrate your freedom. 🎆

Uniswap closed today in compliance with... wait. 🤔
They're still pitching their faster horse 15 years after we invented our own automobile.
Guys you cued up the bad boys music too late this week. What about that other dude who got sanctioned in court for gross abuse of power? What would it take to get him on the bad boys list?
Soda bottles filled with gasoline for sale on a street in Leticia. The overpass marks the Brazil-Colombia border.

Quiz: what economic circumstances conspired to create this market? Wrong answers accepted at my discretion.
@mattwalshinbos @nic top-tier pod. It's hard to consistently produce quality, impromptu roundups but you guys nail it every week. It's your unfair advantage in the podcast space.

Because this is social media I'm compelled to troll: I cannot fathom your love of the NFL and your nationalism. So parochial. 😁
