Just stumbled on this map of global brand dominance. Netflix rules 92 countries, while Amazon conquers North America. IKEA's got a solid grip on Scandinavia and parts of Eastern Europe. Really puts into perspective how a handful of giants have reshaped consumer habits worldwide.

The Japanese Yen keeps falling and it's now at its lowest point since 1987. It lost almost 40% in just 4 years.

Japan currently has the highest debt-to-GDP ratio in the world, at 260%. This makes it very hard for them to increase rates and prevent the currency from crashing.

Nvidia being the highest valued company in the world is all about growth. But the question is, as a hardware company, can it keep growing at this rate without hitting any bottlenecks or slowdown in demand growth?

Google in-search generative AI is now available to users outside the U.S.
Just like that, Google introduced generative AI to billions of users.

Apple Vision Pro will launch on the U.S. on February 2 at $ 3,500.
At that price tag, the device is intended mostly for developers and companies. But I believe it will sell more than expected to many early adopters and consumers who buy Apple products as a symbol of status.
