Training log, no gi: randomly attacked by swinging door before class while in stoner mode outside.

Today's focus were heel hooks from SLX entry, paranoia of staph infection was super effective... decided to call it early after 5 rolls.

I felt really good with hand fighting, baiting collar ties (reverse with throw by and drop whip over), need more reps defending leg entanglements and hell hooks. The wrestling class have really helped me pressure and pace.
Training log, wrestling: Over/Under training with setups and counters for when an opponent attacks the Overhook arm (throw bys or lat/drop whip over depending on the reaction).

4 matches with mixed results. Hand and head position fighting felt good, a lot of success today with collar tie defense (russian 2-1 and throw bys) until I went with a purple belt with college wrestling exp.

Biggest takeaway is his movements made me feel jerky and controlled my movement to setup his takedowns. Need to work on front headlock defense and guard retention from inside campings, and address opponent grips with more priority.
If you squint enough, it's all multiplying matrices.
When did Farcaster get a wowow button?
Anyone really into lattice-based polynomial commitments? Any other projects outside of Vortex’s zk-evm prover?
