The Network School - Day 19
Shipping our indie hack biz, finally! We’re testing and polishing the final details before kicking off our ad campaigns.
After a long workday, I joined a static dance event hosted by some NS'ers, followed by a fascinating philosophical armchair discussion.
We delved into Machiavelli, Pareto, and Mosca’s theories of power—an interesting exchange of ideas with other NS’ers.

The Network School - Day 18
How can blockchain scale to millions of transactions while keeping your data private?
@EliBenSasson's talk explained how Zero Knowledge tech uses math-based proofs to ensure both privacy and scalability, allowing blockchain systems to verify integrity without revealing sensitive information, making them exponentially more efficient and secure.

The Network School - Day 17
Just saw this and thought, "This is literally what I'm doing here!" 😎 Everything in one.
It’s actually the perfect environment to build healthy habits and stay focused.

The Network School - Day 16
This week, Balaji’s talk highlighted the importance of intentional communities and active participation in creating a unique, technology-driven society.
I like how he uses a ton of references to get his points across—books, podcasts, articles, historical events, etc. My personal reading list has only gotten longer since I arrived here.
Later, I attended a Chinese 101 class by @twone and @elsa. It was super fun.

The Network School - Day 15
Any female biohackers following me? What are your thoughts on fasting before workouts.
I'm currently training while fasted only during follicular and trying to have ~15g of protein before training during luteal phase.
I know all bodies are different but I was wondering if anyone is testing something similar.

The Network School - Days 13-14
A calm weekend on the island.
Saturday’s AI Film Hackathon was a hit—here’s a look at what one of the hosts of the Hackathon creates.
Spent Sunday morning exploring Johor Bahru.
Is it just me, or is working on weekends underrated?

The Network School - Day 12
Diversity of thought.
Reciprocal collaboration.
Win and help win.
A growing, thriving community.
Friday night karaoke and ping pong? It just might be a thing.

The Network School - Day 10
The community: It's refreshing to be surrounded by so many smart, supportive and sweet people.
I don't know everyone yet, it takes time, but every single person I've met so far has a story to tell, so many skills and knowledge to teach, or a big heart.
My personal routine today:
Early morning Vipassana > workout > breakfast > work work work > early dinner > session by a NS'er
Also, I recently discovered the beach restaurant nearby our hotel.

I've come to the conclusion that if I create a wiki of ancestral medicine & wellness practices used by women across cultures (Chinese, Inca, Mayan, Indian, African, Aztec, etc), I'll find patterns that can help women today live healthier lives.
Is anyone working on this already?
Think about how your grandma’s remedy for period cramps might share the same roots as techniques used by women in India or China. For generations, women passed down this wisdom—long before the internet, it was purely ancestral knowledge.
What if there are universal patterns in these practices that still benefit us today? I've already noticed some similarities in herbal medicine and heat therapy across cultures. There must be way more!

The Network School - Day 9
A quick look at the events organized by NS'ers for today and tomorrow—packed with interesting topics and discussions.
There's even more lined up for the rest of the week.
These days, I'm focusing on my indie hack project, so I hope to have more free time by the end of the week.

Proof-of-Fun: You can also earn NFTs by hosting social events for the school community.
💡My day is just starting, so I wanted to open the week with a question to you:
" How do you envision humanity evolving through the lens of decentralized governance and collaboration? "

The Network School - Day 6-7
Spent the weekend exploring Singapore.
Headed back to the island before my NS longevity test, planned by the Blueprint team.
Sunday evening was full of fun events by different students.

The Network School - Day 5
Replies to some of your questions:
- what am i working on: revolutionizing the fashion industry. the future is made out of microplastic and chemical-free clothing. healthier for our bodies, there are too many clothes in the world and they are basically plastic (polyester, nylon, acrylic, etc). educating on women's health, ancestral&natural medicine. on the side, building an ai app for image enhancement in real estate (we are launching next week!)
- what am i doing at the network school: i come with an open mind, into biohacking for women, learning, burning everyday. building, expanding my mind, exploring asia, trying delicious food, meeting extremely interesting people. letting things flow.
- what did vitalik say when i complimented his tote bag: "thank you"

The Network State School - Day 4
The island is starting to feel more familiar—very solarpunk vibes.
Attended Bryan Johnson’s talk, some intriguing insights into the future of humanity. Glad to hear he’s focusing on women’s unique needs in biohacking.
And my highlight of the day is that Vitalik randomly joined my table while I was working with other people—his ideas could fill hours, and I had to compliment his tote bag.
Wrapped up the day with our first girls’ event, Chinese food and karaoke was just what I needed after a long busy day.

The Network State School – Day 3
(1) 1 workout a day, 2 lectures a week,
but most of the learning happens through collaboration, experimentation, and conversation. I find the mind of the other students truly fascinating, hoping to learn as much as I can from them.
(2) The FemState is gaining momentum fast.
What started as a Signal group for the women of the NS School has rapidly grown into a collaborative and inspiring space by women, for women. I got inspired by the term “FemTech,” to call it FemState, and everybody is loving it:
FemState - A collective of women pioneering autonomy, innovation, and collaboration within the network state ecosystem. It aims to empower women through leadership and decentralized community building.
(3) Minted my first NFT!
As I plan the first FemState meetup, I wanted the attendees to have their own NFT. Just two weeks ago, I didn’t know what "minting" meant, but thanks to a talented fellow student, also part of the FemState, I’m learning fast.

The Network State School - Day 2
7am - watched the sunrise, followed by Vipassana meditation with fellow students
8am - Blueprint workout with Bryan, Balaji & others
9am - Hotel breakfast + reading (1 of my 34 books)
12pm - Picked up a Blueprint meal, co-worked at the NS café
1pm - First lecture by Balaji
3pm - Watched the rain, then work, work, work
8pm - Dinner & winding down (Started wearing sunglasses around this time—hotel’s bright lights trigger my headaches + helps my circadian rhythm)
10pm - Prepped for bed, took supplements, read
Mmm... I could get used to this routine. 😊

The Network State School - Day 1:
High density of smart, driven people.
So much to learn, unlearn, and filter.
Balaji, Bryan Johnson, and Vitalik often around.
New home for 3 months: tropical fancy hotel, seaview, not bad at all.
This feels like the start of something much greater.
